1. Service Scope

Aadhivaraha Services provides consultancy, documentation, registration assistance, application filing, statutory compliance support, and other government and private sector-related services. We assist clients throughout the process; however, the final approval depends on the concerned Government Department or Authority.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information along with all required supporting documents. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or rejection of the application.

3. Government Processing

Processing timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Government Departments, verification procedures, server issues, policy changes, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Service Charges

Our service charges cover consultation, document verification, application preparation, submission assistance, and follow-up support. Government fees, taxes, penalties, portal charges, DSC charges, courier charges, and other third-party fees are separate unless specifically mentioned.

5. Payment Policy

Work will commence only after receiving the required documents and applicable service charges unless otherwise agreed.

6. Customer-Friendly Refund Policy

At Aadhivaraha Services, honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities.

• If Aadhivaraha Services is unable to complete the committed service due to reasons solely attributable to us, we will refund 60% of the service charges.
• If the service is affected by client-related issues, Government delays/rejections, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may provide a goodwill refund of up to 30% of our service charges, depending on the work completed and the circumstances.
• Government fees, taxes, portal charges, DSC charges, and third-party payments are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client documents and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality and are used only for providing the requested services unless required by law.

8. Website & External Links

This website does not provide Government links, third-party links, or document upload facilities. Please contact us only through our official Phone, WhatsApp, Email, or Social Media handles to avoid cyber fraud.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, publication, distribution, or use of any website content without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Aadhivaraha Services shall not be liable for losses arising from Government decisions, policy changes, technical failures, server issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karimnagar, Telangana.
